Depends. Email interviews can work fine when the information is straight forward. But also, some experts prefer to be interviewed over the phone. I have done both.

Hi Kathy,

Great information. I would appreciate any insight you would have on how to get started in health care writing. My background is in multi-system provider health system strategic planning, and I spent the last year working for a very large payer in a strategy department that is trying to find ways providers and payers could work together to reduce the cost of health care. I have my masters in communications.
